Thank you for considering Fireside as part of your investment portfolio. It's easy to open an account - please follow the three steps:

Step One

Print and complete the Account Initialization Form.

Indicate the:

• Account term
• Deposit amount
• Title of the account and
• Desired interest payment method for the account that you wish to open.  If enrolling in Direct Deposit for monthly interest payments, print and complete the Monthly Interest Deposit Authorization form. 
• Date and sign the form. Please remember that the interest rate received is determined by the postmark date on your envelope.

Go to Step 2 - Complete and print a signature card

Go to Step 3 - Mail deposit forms to Fireside Bank
